This burnt basque cheesecake originates in the Basque Country, Spain. It’s called Tarta Queso La Viña San Sebastian, baked burnt cheesecake. It’s a delicious, and impressive looking dessert. It’s rich, light and creamy texture is like no other. With a golden brown burnt colour on top and its rustic appearance, it is truly unique.
